We’re growing exponentially and looking for new supervisor to add to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities include:
- Execute account collection and ensure that required monthly goals are met
- Ensure that agents meet and exceed their requested individual and collective monthly goals, while adhering to corporate, industry and collection standards
- Ensure that all collectors comply with all protocols, laws and regulations to effectively collect payments
- Oversee all aspects of the department’s day-to-day operations and manage the performance of each customer portfolio
- Submit regular reports to management and participate in meetings with management and/or the client to improve performance

Required qualifications:
- High school diploma (DES)
- Five (5) years of experience in recovery
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position (an asset)
