Customer Service Agent

We offer our services to several large companies in the financial sector, in telecommunications, in the insurance sector and for the manufacture and hospital sectors.

We’re growing exponentially and looking for new candidates to add to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a high flow of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Guide debtors according to their needs Manage multiple accounts at the same time
  • Offer solutions to debtors regarding their situation
  • Communicate with debtors who have late payments
  • Follow up with debtors
  • Analyze debtors’ accounts to offer the best solutions

Required skills:

  • Be active in listening Rigor and perseverance
  • Be able to influence
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • One to two years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual (An asset)
  • Experience in collections (an asset)
