- COMMUNICATE with clients to advise that they have late payments and overdue accounts
- RESOLVE collection problems by making payment arrangements with the debtor
- DOCUMENT all relevant information clearly about the debtor’s account
- ACHIEVE the desired monthly objectives.
- Call center experience: sales, customer service, and/or accounts receivable, is an asset
- Education: Completed High School Diploma
- Languages: Fluent in English and French
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive, professional, respectful
- Quick learner
- Strong work ethic and good attendance
- Knowledge of credit practices, bankruptcy and legal procedures (an asset)
